Evrae’s attacks are fairly weak from a distance so you can pull away from Evrae any time you need to recharge. You have to dodge 200 consecutive lightning bolts in the Thunder Plains without leaving the area, which is extraordinarily tedious. Seriously, just make a custom weapon for Lulu with Break Damage Limit if you really want to use her.
